Judy enjoys working with a diverse population of individuals, couples and families of all ages. She has knowledge and experience to help her clients work through a broad range of problems. Whether clients are facing important life transitions, work stress, relationship problems, parenting issues or coping with pervasive feelings of sadness, anxiety, or anger, Judy creates a safe, understanding, and healing space that supports her clients as they work together to address concerns and goals.
With twenty years of experience working in the mental health field, along with a Bachelors degree in psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work, She is registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Clinical Social Worker. Judy has a broad base of knowledge and abilities. As a psychotherapist she has training and experience in the areas of trauma, attachment, parenting, interpersonal neurobiology, older adults, mindfulness, sand tray, addiction and substance abuse.
