I work with 'creative types' who are out-of-balance and with so-called 'non-creatives' who are angry, depressed, anxious, have ADD, or who are controlling. These conditions can affect our relationships and spiritual nature in damaging ways. They block us from wholeness, happiness, and authentic intimacy.

Research shows that we all start out life as children who are flowing with creativity, curiosity and potential, but it often gets beaten down. Our 'tunnel' begins to darken, and imbalance or dysfunction takes over our mind. This can manifest as a myriad of disorders from Depression, Bipolar, or Anxiety, to Anger and Relationship Conflict. THE MIND constantly chatters a Negative Tape Loop which is extremely powerful and believable.

This loop and our negative beliefs can literally bury our True Self, leaving just an imbalanced shell. In therapy, we will work to replace your negative tape loop, so you can begin to experience wholeness and balance again. This journey is essential to the soul and spirit, and is actually called the "Heroes Journey."
