Journey Coaching & Counseling Philosophy

Journey Coaching and Counseling Services takes a holistic treatment approach in the  work we do with our clients. We are concerned with the “whole person” and the unique psychological, spiritual and creative growth process of each individual.
  

Our therapists provide our clients with a safe space for healing and self-exploration.


We believe that physical symptoms and/or emotional distress may be the result of living inauthentically.   When we are not living according to who we were born to be, we spend a lot of time and energy trying to convince ourselves and others that we are who we “say” or portray we are. Our body’s way of telling us something is wrong is often through physical symptoms. Emotional distress and relationship problems are other areas of our lives that may suffer when we are not living authentically.
 

We offer unique Coaching and Counseling Services as we work collaboratively with our clients to not only help alleviate symptoms, but to understand the meaning behind and underneath the symptoms, in order to help our clients gain a more loving and accepting view of the Self. 

Ultimately, this allows our clients to embrace themselves completely, moving them toward Self-Awareness, Balance, and Wholeness, helping them to more effectively tap into their innate potential and live more Authentically.
